Our model and the expertise of our wholesale business team allows us to find great deals on some of the best brands in the industry. We find store close-outs, over-stocks and bulk buys to ensure we can deliver the name-brands you expect at the discounts you love.

No catch, we offer on average, a 35% off all retail items. However, there are some nuances to our business.

The main limitation of our model is the limited quantities and size availability. Since our supply comes from overstock or buyouts, there may only be a few select pieces in each size or style.

Shipping to other cities just depends on how far it's going. Generally 3-5 days Ontario. Up to 7 for out of province.

Returns Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:

Incorrect Item Received: If the item delivered does not match the description, size, color, or style of the product ordered.

How to File a Return Request
Email our customer support at inquiries@shoeandstyle.ca within the return window with your order number and a description of the issue.include photos where applicable.

Due to the fact we purchase items from a variety of sources, each product may come with different terms from its original retailer or manufacturer. This makes it difficult for us to offer a uniform warranty policy across all items in our store.

While we can’t offer warranties, we carefully inspect our items and stand behind their quality. If you ever have concerns about your purchase, our team is here to assist and find solutions wherever possible.
